Thailand is continuously enjoying the Top Position in the Men’s Ranking List of IBSF. The only matter of concern for Thailand is the reducing margin of points between them and second place where India has added 32 points this year. Last year the difference between Thailand and India was of 51 points, which has now reduced to only 6 points.
The exceptional change is in the ranking of Iran that has secured Rank 3 from earlier place of 29. Worth mentioning Iran’s Hossein Vafaei Ayouri is the title winner for this year’s championship. Iran and Ireland are sharing same place with 156 points each.
Belgium and Syria have also done well by raising their ranking to 6th and 10th place from previous best of 22 and 18 respectively. Egypt improved its ranking by 5 points and now at place 15.
Setbacks for England, Malta and UAE as these countries have slipped from their previous place 3, 6 and 11 to 10, 13 and 17 respectively.
Malta went down as they have not participated this year. Also China and Brazil are not ranked as both the countries have not participated since 2009.
