By Balbir Singh ,CHANDIGARH, JAN 21 : Punjabi University of Patiala clinched two gold medals out of three at stake today in the All India Inter University Archery (Men & Women) Championship being organising by Directorate of Sports, Panjab University at the P.U. Grounds, here.
Kamalpreet and Trisha Devi, both of Punjabi University, won gold medals in the men’s and women’s 50 metres compound round individual championships, respectively.The Solapur University comprising Akshay and Ekta emerged champions in the Indian round mix team 50 metres championship.

Indian Round Mix Team 50 Meters Championship: 1 Solapur University, Solapur (Akshay and Ekta), 2 Kannur University, Kannur (Subhash and Babita Bala), 3 Kurukshetra University (Amit Sharma and Anu Bala).
Compuond Round 50 Meters (Men) Individual Championship: 1 Kamalpreet (Punjabi University, Patiala ), 2 Sukhbir Singh (Punjabi University, Patiala), 3 Swapnil (Bharti Vidyapeeth).
Compuond Round 50 Meters (Women) Individual Championship: 1 Trisha Devi (Punjabi University, Patiala), V. Surekha (K.L.E.F. University, Guntur), 3 Swati Dadwal (Rajasthan University, Jaipur).
