First international week celebrates on the occasion of Florence nightangle Birthday on 12th May. On that occasion, Dr. Saroj Sharma, Director /principle unfold the theme that is delivering Quality Serving Communities, Nurses leads innovation care on 12th may 2009 in the institute. Dr. Gopal Munjal congratulated the nursing Faculty & Students.Students imparted health education on various topics (i.e. Prevention of T.B., HIV, Diabetics & Breast Cancer) throught out the week under the supervision of Faculty members.19th
May 2009 was the valedictory program was organized under the guidance of the Dr. Saroj Sharma, Director /principle and Ms. Harbans kaur thandi, Vice principle and SNA advisior coordinated all of the function. Students of the Institute organized the function, education presentation was performed by the students (Harshpreet kaur and Ravneet kaur) on Swine Flue and patient identification respectively followed by role played on innovation care by Lovepreet Kaur and Group. They also performend the cultured program such as dance and song, which was enjoyed the audience.
Dr. G. Munjal , Chairman said that seven golden rules of nursing should be golden rule of the life of nurses. He appreciated the increasing demand of nurses in changing technology and advancement in medical science. Vote of thanks given by Student.
