In the recently concluded International Summit, held for the first time in India, the company deliberated on a road map to be amongst the top five players in the segment by 2016. Horton International founded in 1978 in USA , is a firm specializing in the recruitment of senior talent across numerous disciplines. The firm began its international expansion into Europe, the Asia Pacific region and the Americas with now its operations in India.

During the Leadership Summit , Horton also embarked on future course of action . It plans to further strengthen the central secretariat with group administration to enhance systems and to provide best practices of seamless delivery across the globe. Apart from an increased focus on India, Horton has decided to strengthen the network specially in Singapore , Middle east , Germany , parts of Europe & Africa & America. Horton also plans to build and consolidate International and Regional Key Accounts, to appoint new partners in Austria and Peru and to actively promote Cross boarder business between both the client and the candidates.
