Glenview, Illinois June 2, 2008: Arjun Atwal fired one under 71 in the fourth round of the Bank of America Open (Nationwide Tour) in Glenview, Illinois and thus slipped from overnight tied 11th to finish tied 22nd. Atwal (67, 72, 69, 71) ended the tournament with an overall score of nine under 279. He finished seven strokes behind the eventual winner, American Kris Blanks.
Atwal’s final round saw him make birdies on the eighth, 10th, 14th, 18th, drop a double bogey on the third and a bogey on the ninth.Daniel Chopra secured tied 53rd place (76, 68, 76, 76) at the Memorial Tournament (US PGA Tour) in Dublin, Ohio. Chopra finished with a total of eight over 296. American Kenny Perry emerged winner with a total of eight under 280.
