Kerala,26 Apr:The Kerala Cricket Association (KCA) demanded action against Harbhajan Singh for allegedly slapping the SreeSant at PCA stadium after an Indian Premier League match last night."This is a serious matter and this kind of behaviour should not be allowed from any player," KCA secretary T C Mathew said."The BCCI should inquire into the matter to ascertain what had really happened and take action against whoever had erred," Mathew said. As you know Mumbai Indians captain Harbhajan Singh and Kings XI paceman S Sreesanth were on Friday involved in a bitter row, following which the fast bowler was seen crying bitterly on the ground at the end of their IPL match. BCCI,secretary Niranjan Shah said the spinner had been asked to explain his actions."The BCCI condemns the behaviour of Harbhajan Singh as a contracted player of the board and he is called upon to explain why disciplinary action should not be taken against him," he said.
