Chandigarh, 12 September. During the T-20 match series in a crucial match of semi final in Ch. Devi Lal Vidya Peeth Sirsa the Captain of Pakistan Badshah won the toss and decided to bat first, but the start was not well and they lost their initial wickets very soon. Taufiq Umar and Faisal Khan were bowled out by Ravinder Kumar. Nasir Jamshed batted really well and caught by Bablu Kumar on the 60 runs on 32 balls. Ali younis lost his self temperament and stamp out by wicket keeper. Adnan Raja was declared LBW out in Sultan Ansari’s over.Khakan Arsal made unbeaten 28 runs on 21 balls. Saad Naseem was made stamp out by Sultan Ansari and contributed only 6 runs on 5 balls. Jinad Jia was bowled out by Ravinder Kumar. Babbar Bhindra, Azhar Attari and Mustaffa Ahmad remain unbeaten and Pakistan Badshah put the score of 147 runs on 7 wickets. Bablu Kumar from Chandigarh Challengers took 2 wickets, Ravinder Kumar excelled him with 3 wickets and Sultan Ansari also shared 2 wickets with others.
To reply Pakistan Badshah, Chandigarh Challengers started their inning with zeal and enthusiasm. Vipin Chauhan made 31 run on 35 balls but caught by Taufiq Umar on a short pitch ball. The hero of last match Amit Verma also failed to support his team and lost his wicket only on 2 runs. Mitchel Vishal made 18 runs and caught by Taufiq Umar and Hari Krishan kali contributed 27 runs on 18 balls. Naman Sharma added only 6 runs and caught and bowled out by Azhar Attari. Sultan contributed 16 runs on 11 balls. The bowling analysis of Pakistan Badshah – Mustafa Iqbal delivered 4 overs 22 runs and 3 wickets, Saad Naseem bowled 3.1 overs 29 runs and 2 wickets. Taufiq Umar bowled 4 overs 19 runs and 2 wickets. Azhar Attari bowled 4 overs 23 runs 1 wickets. Chandigarh Challengers scored 124 runs in 19.1 overs and lost by 22 runs. Nasir Jamshed got “Man of the match” award.
