Dehra Dun: The next Assembly session of the state will commence from September 27. The session, is being convened after a gap of nearly six months. During the session, the government will present the supplementary budget, besides some bills replacing ordinances regarding setting up of universities. But no new bill is proposed to be tabled during the session.But the Congress, the main opposition party in the state might raise the issues of rampant corruption and failure of the government on all fronts in the Assembly. “It would try to corner the government on the issues, says Uttarakhand PCC president Yashpal Arya. He said, “the party has also decided to gherao the Vidhan Sabha during the session”.
