A good movie, according to the Korean Team, is something that touches people’s hearts and that the Wisdom of God is needed to do that. According to Director Kim, doing your best is the most basic thing to successfully embark on the animation industry and that three years is the minimum time required to learn the basic fundamentals of animation. The Director further shared his vision that about ten years from now, animation companies with all infrastructures will be set up in Nagaland with support from Korea, which will be finally handed over to the trained Naga Professionals in 20 years time. He also informed that the number of applicants assessed for animation is considered satisfactory for the time being, but more music professionals are required in the areas of Sound Engineering, Music Producing and Film Score Composing etc. Another interaction and interview will therefore be held again on 18th December 2008 at the State Library from 9 am onwards where all interested music professionals are invited to attend with their resume, necessary documents and work samples.
