The Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that no talented youth will be deprived of education due to paucity of funds. The State Government is committed for providing all educational facilities including hostel, training and financial assistance to acquire higher studies in abroad also.
Shri Chouhan was addressing a youth convention organized by Meena Samaj Shakti Sangthan at Ravindra Bhawan today.Shri Chouhan appealed to the youths realize their full potential and choose positive career in the wide interest of society and State. The society must get the benefits of youths’ talents. It doesn’t matter what youths belong to. Every youth has potentials and skills to achieve target. Shri Chouhan informed that an assistance amounting to ` 15 lakh is provided to receive higher studies in abroad. The State Government is providing hostel facility in each of the districts. Besides, prizes have also been instituted to encourage the meritorious students. He called upon the Meena Samaj to promote students for education.The Chief Minister Shri Chouhan felicitated the meritorious students of Meena Samaj. Prominent persons of the Samaj Shri Kashiram Meena was felicitated for his contribution in social works while Shri Surajsingh Maran for religious and social works and Dr. Raghvendra Meena was conferred on with Minesh Gaurav Samman for his contribution in the field of medical services. Besides, the students who obtained maximum marks in eighth, tenth, twelfth classes and post-graduation degree were also honoured. Shri Chouhan released a souvenir of Meena Samaj Shakti Sangathan. On this occasion, representatives of Meena Samaj were present in large number.
