Bhopal : Recruitment of ex-servicemen on sanctioned posts of Special Auxiliary Police will be held at 8 places on December 9. A total of 100 posts are sanctioned for Special Auxiliary Police. Home Minister Shri Umashankar Gupta reviewed recruitment process at a meeting with officers here on Friday. He said that exam results should be declared at the earliest. Additional Chief Secretary Home Shri I.N.S. Dani, DGP Shri Nandan Dube and other officers were present on the occasion.
Additional DGP Recruitment Shri K.N. Tiwari informed that recruitment to the posts of Special Auxiliary Police will be made on December 9 at eight places including Motilal Nehru Stadium Bhopal and police lines of Indore, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Sagar, Rewa, Bhind and Morena. Only 1600-meter race will be conducted for recruitment purpose. Applicants emerging successful in the race will be selected.
Ex-servicemen of all the branches of Army, Navy and Air Force can participate in the recruitment process of Special Auxiliary Police. Age of candidate must not be above 45 years.
Selection committee
Selection committees chaired by Battalion Commandant or Deputy Commandant have been constituted. District Ex-servicemen Welfare Officer and Deputy Superintendent of Police have been appointed as the committee members.
