The State Government has promoted Indian Forest Service officer and Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Land Management) Shri Narendra Kumar in the pay scale of Principal Chief Conservator of Forests. The Services of Shri Narendra Kumar have been handed over to Narmada Valley Development Department as Member Environment, Narmada Valley Development Authority.
New postings have also been given to three other Indian Forest Service officers. Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Work Planning and Forest Land Records) Shri R.S. Negi has been posted as Managing Director of Madhya Pradesh Laghu Vanopaj Sangh. Director, Madhya Pradesh Laghu Vanopaj Sangh Dr. P.K. Shukla has been posted as Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Wildlife). Member Environment, Narmada Valley Development Authority Shri Anil Oberoy has been posted as Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (Work Planning and Forest Land Records). He has also been given the responsibility of information technology branch.
