Bhopal : The State Government has revised the rates of reimbursement for medial tests and treatment of government employees and their family members and other patients under Rajya Beemari Sahayata Yojna, Mukhyamantri Sahayata Yojna and Mukhyamantri Bal Hriday Upchar Yojna at government and recognised medical institutions.
As per the revised rates, reimbursement of Rs. 8 thousand 500 will be made for angiography including coronary carotid, renal, aortogram peripheral, Rs. 50 thousand for coronary angioplasty without stent, Rs. 72 thousand for coronary angioplasty (non drug eluting), Rs. 25 thousand for second stent, Rs. one lakh for coronary bypass surgery (including coronary angiography), Rs. 80 thousand for ASD surgical or device closure, Rs. 90 thousand for VSD closure surgical or device closure, Rs. one lakh for complex congenital heart diseases, Rs. one lakh 30 thousand for single valve replacement, Rs. one lakh 65 thousand for double valve replacement, Rs. one lakh 40 thousand for CABGS with one valve replacement, Rs. one lakh 50 thousand for CABGS with double valve replacement, Rs. one lakh for valve repair with prosthetic ring and Rs. 85 thousand for open pulmonary valvulotomy
Besides, rate of Rs. 10 thousand has been fixed for electrophysiological study, Rs. 25 thousand for radio frequency ablation, Rs. 10 thousand for acute myocardial infraction, Rs. 25 thousand for PDA surgical ligation, Rs. 65 thousand for PDA device closure, Rs. 25 thousand each for balloon pulmonary valvuloplasty and pericardicentesis, Rs. 12 thousand for percadiostomy, Rs. 36 thousand for percardiactomy, Rs. 30 thousand for coaractation surgical repair without graft, Rs. 38 thousand for coarctation surgical repair with graft, Rs. 25 thousand for systemic pulmonary shunt with or without graft and the revised rate for has been fixed as Rs. 55 thousand pacemaker implantation.
Besides, the revised rates for ECG has been fixed at Rs. 100, exercise thallium Rs. 6,500, MRI scan Rs. 3,500, CT scan head Rs. 16 thousand, CT scan of other parts of body Rs. 3000 and the revised rate for renal transplantation has been fixed as Rs. on lakh 50 thousand.
