Pending cases of people’s various grievances were today disposed off through video-conferencing held from the State Secretariat under Samadhan Online programme. The additional Chief Secretary N.V.D.A. Shri O. P. Rawat directed officials concerned for benefiting the people under land compensation, Ladli Laxmi and insurance schemes of the State Government. For this, he asked to ensure payment to the people through these schemes in time. A total 15 cases were disposed off through on-line initiative today. Accordingly, four guilty officials were suspended in various cases while two employees were issued show cause notice. The ACS Shri Rawat asked the collectors of two districts Bhind and Damoh to ensure benefits of Ladli Laxmi Yojna in accordance with the applications received from Smt. Puja Devi and Shri Ajay Kumar Gupta seeking the help of Government in this regard. Shri Rawat made it clear that this scheme aims at promoting birth of girls, therefore, the beneficiaries should properly be informed about the provisions of the scheme. He also said that once the case is cleared up, there should be no delay in making payment under the scheme. In view of this, an office assistant posted in Bhind district was suspended for being found guilty of not making payment in time. Besides, two other employees were issued show cause notice.
The ACS Shri Rawat through video-conferencing issued directives for search of those who had made an attempt to grab the land’s ownership fraudulently from Smt. Pavitra Shrivastava of Jabalpur. He also asked to take stern action against these people. In respect of this case, guilty Patwari has been suspended. As informed on the occasion after knowing the factual position into this case, the land of the applicant Smt. Pavitra Shrivastava has again been registered in her name in the revenue record. An investigation has been started into the case against those who committed this unlawful act by using a duplicate loan book.
Instructions For Early Payment For Land Under Submergence And Acquisition
The officials were instructed for giving away necessary compensation to the affected farmers of the land submerged, due to construction of land on Baisali River under Gohad township of Bhind district. Besides, instructions were also issued to give compensation to applicant Shri Ramakant Dubey along with 52 other farmers for acquisition of 2.78 hectare of land from them. Likewise, it was instructed to take immediate action in one another case of compensation for the land of Shri Raghuvir Parmar of Mandsaur district which was submerged in the reservoir area. ACS Shri Rawat asked the officials to ensure instant payment of 80 percent amount prescribed under section 4 in cases of land acquisition. In addition to it, an applicant Shri Shivraj Singh of Ashok Nagar district should be given immediate relief under revenue circular book for damage to his house due to storm, the ACS further instructed.
Instructions To Check Payment Recovery Of Inappropriate Electricity Bills
Under Samadhan Online programme, a guilty engineer was suspended against the allegations of improper recovery of electricity bills from one Shri Rameshwar, a resident of Masuria village in Dewas district. Similarly, instructions were also issued to take proper action into the case of regular issuance of improper electricity bills to one villager Shri Shukla in Jhabua district. ACS Shri Rawat has asked the officials to protect the people of poor classes from the unnecessary burden of electricity bills.
On this occasion, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Shri Deepak Khandekar and other senior officials concerned were present.
