Bhopal:Monday, Dec 30, 2008:Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that teachers should always remain alert and dedicated towards their duties since the responsibility of construction of the next generation lies on their shoulders. The state government is determined to honour teachers of all the cadres. Like during the last three years, facilities for teachers will be increased in the future also.Chief Minister Shri Chouhan expressed these views while talking to a delegation of Madhya Pradesh Shaskiya Adhyapak Sangathan, who called upon him at his official residence here last night for congratulating him on his becoming the Chief Minister again. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan said that teachers command uppermost respect in the society. Teachers should strive to carve their place in the people’s hearts by discharging their duties seriously. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan told the delegation to leave the felicitations and welcome functions aside and concentrate on their work alone. Initiative will be taken soon to have a dialogue with the entire teaching community.
Earlier, Shaskiya Pradhyapak Sangh expressed gratitude towards Chief Minister Shri Chouhan for increasing teachers’ facilities and giving them a respectable designation.
