12 Nov : Several programmes will be organised on Children’s Day in Madhya Pradesh. Under the Inspire Aware Scheme, three day state level science exhibition will be organised from November 14 to 16 at Model School, Bhopal. Former President of India, Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam will inaugurate the science exhibition. Around 1500 participant students will participate in the exhibition. The school education department has completed the preparations for the exhibition.
Different committees have been formed for successful organization of the exhibition. Officers nominated by the district collector, district education officer, principals of the schools situated in Bhopal, district project coordinator, lecturers, assistant commissioner/district organizer of tribal development department etc are members of the committee. Bhopal district collector has issued necessary instructions for organization of the exhibition.
Following are the committees formed: Coordination Committee, Finance & Articles Availability Committee, Food and Accommodation Committee, Welcome Committee, Control Room / Registration Committee, Place Allocation / Model Display / Decoration and Prize Distribution / Place Control Committee, Invitation Letter Writing and Distribution Committee, Transport Arrangement Committee, Certificate Printing, Writing, and Distribution Committee, Books/Memento/Prize Selection Committee, Inauguration, Conclusion and Cultural Programme Committee, Drinking Water and Cleaning Arrangement Committee, Judges Decision Making Committee, Exhibition Organisation Committee etc. Identity card will be given to the participating students from the districts and divisions and their guide teachers. All members of the committee have been directed to work under the guidance of the their coordinators.
Anganwadi Balrang Programme
On Children’s Day, Anganwadi Balrang Programme will be organised in all 12 thousand 150 anganwadis of eight districts of Bhopal and Narmadapuram districts. Under this programme different sports and cultural programmes will be organised for the children of Anganwadi. Story telling, reciting poems, singing, folksong, telling jokes, acting, dance, drawing, craft work, greeting card preparation, fancy dress, running, quiz and other sports competitions will be organised.
Best children in these programmes will be selected for participation in the next Balrang programme to be organised in the near future. Those who come first in different programmes will be given prizes and certificates will be given to all children.
