By Neha Sharma , Bhopal : Mahila Kisan Sashaktikaran Yojna (Women Farmers’ Empowerment Scheme) will also be launched as constituent of National Rural Livelihood Project to be started in Madhya Pradesh with effect from April 1, 2012. In the beginning, the scheme will be implemented in 16 districts of the state including Mandla, Balaghat, Dindori, Jhabua, Barwani, Tikamgarh, Chhatarpur, Sehore, Dhar, Sagar, Betul, Damoh, Chhindwara, Seoni, Dewas and Umaria. Later, it will be extended to the rest of the districts. About 60 thousand women farmers will be benefited by the project through self-help groups.
The women farmers’ empowerment scheme will be implemented with the help of voluntary organisations. Proposals worth Rs. 94 crore have been received so far from various project implementation agencies in this connection. So far, the Union Government has approved four proposals worth Rs. 45 crore 69 lakh while three proposals worth Rs. 20 crore 33 lakh are under consideration.
Through the project, efforts will be undertaken for increasing women’s participation in agriculture and initiating steps for creating permanent livelihood opportunities for women in agriculture sector. Efforts will also be made for skill development of women and ensure food and nutrition security for them at community-level.
A state-level committee will be constituted for reviewing implementation of the scheme. It will be headed by Principal Secretary/Secretary Rural Development. Agriculture and Woman and Child Development departments will also have representation in the committee. The State Government will constitute a State-level Technical Project Assistance Group for helping the project implementation agency.

Subject : Regarding loan proposal under PMEGP scheme.
Respected Sir,
With reference to the subject my Loan proposal No. 09 Dated : 28.07.2011 for Bricks Industries (Shree Ram Bricks Industries) at Village- Gulpura, Tehsil- Kailaras District- Morena M.P. under PMEGP Scheme sending from DIC Morena to Central Bank of India Branch Semai on dated : 02.11.2012. But I saw the Branch Manager in no interested in my proposal. There is also pending since long time without any necessary reason. I am very sad in this type of banking work delay to delay. My Problem is still with last three years. My case is completed with all formalities & documents as mining lease, pollution and other noc’s and saving account open in branch semai with spot inspection by the Branch Manager. I have temporary start the project but there is funding problem. I am a honest & sincere with my work and i want one chance. This is my family business. I had been contact personally other bank branches in last two years more times but all branch manager given one answer to me the project is not in our service area so there is no any response because project service area is branch semai. I will do provide Security & Property Mortgage against loan as per bank rules & regulation.
