Courtesy Kashmir Times , Athar Parvaiz ,SRINAGAR, July 28: Omar Abdullah’s resignation from the chief minister-ship of the state over his alleged involvement in the sex scandal today plunged the six-month and 22 -day old Congress-NC coalition into its worst crisis.
