Since Drug Mafias are minting Tons of Funds/ money in this very trade from the days immemorial.
The NCB- Narcotic Control Bureau have almost been a failure to control this very trade, is very much obvious.
Thus the best course, is to channelize & legalize this very trade, so that employment to millions of persons apart a handsome addition of income to the Public Exchequer can be facilitated.
When the Vends of Liquor can be opened in every nook & corner across the country, why the Drugs can not be sold through Vends likewise, by issuing Cash Memos to the users of Narcotic Drugs, on production of a prescription of a Medical Probationer/s?
Yes, this prescription of a Qualified Doctor ought to be mandatory, for the sale of Drugs on Vends & any violation must entail adequate penalty, to the sales person & Vended Licensee, without any Daleel & or Appeal—dr.amritgaur
