By Asif Iqbal Naik, Kishtwar June 2:- Five days after the recovery of luxurious vehicle “Outlander” bearing registration No: MH02BY-7867 belongs to missing Bollywood actress Laila Khan from Om Mehta road Kishtwar on the bases of input of local CID, Kishtwar police today detain close associate of main accuse Parvaiz Iqbal Tak who allegedly dumped the vehicle inside a rented shop.
According to police sources, Kishtwar police detain Shakir Hussain of Bhunzwah who is said to be close associate of Parvaiz Iqbal Tak. The sources said that Shakir was accompanied Pervaiz when he gives the slip to police few days ago. The sources further said that as there is no FIR in police station Kishtwar regarding the missing actress and her vehicle, Kishtwar police is not in a position to show the arrest of Shakir Hussain. The sources said that Kishtwar police is waiting for ATS Mumbai and Nastik police who are presently investigation the case of mysterious disappearance of the Pakistani origin Bollywood actress Laila Khan and her family. The sources said that though the teams of ATS Mumbai and Nastik police is expected to arrive Kishtwar yesterday but due to delay in providing the engineer by Mitsubishi company brand owner of Outlander vehicle. “The seized vehicle is fully computerized and only a train engineer from the company could be helpful for opening the vehicle.” Police sources said. The sources said that once the company provides engineer, team of ATS will reach Kishtwar for further investigation. However the source did not confirm the exert time for arrival of ATS Mumbai and Nastik police.
Meanwhile Jammu and Kashmir police continues hunt to trace the absconder Parvaiz Iqbal Tak wanted in many fraud case in Kishtwar and also by the Hoishyarpor police.
