Jammu,July 26 :Jammu and Kashmir Governor N N Vohra on Saturday renewed his appeal to the people of Jammu to solve the Amarnath land issue amicably through a dialogue process. He said, there is no issue which cannot be resolved through dialogue.
Mr. Vohra said, the agitation is causing inconvenience to housands of Amarnath and Mata Vaishno Devi pilgrims from across the country. The Governor said, common people are also facing problems due to continuous closure of markets, educational institutions, offices, courts and lack of transport facilities.
The Shri Amarnath Sangarsh Samiti, spearheading the Amarnath agitation in Jammu region, had earlier rejected to have any dialogue with the Governor till their demand of cancellation of revoked order on land transfer is not met.
