Budgam, March 20 (INFO)- Chairman People’s Democratic Forum and Minister for Transport Hakeem Mohammed Yaseen has stressed that the steps taken by the Coalition government for the resolution of all outstanding issues have taken concrete shape and are delivering the desired results.
Laying foundation stones of Health Sub Centre, Playing field and a receiving station at Narkara, Ompora today estimated to cost Rs 5 crores, the Minister speaking at a well attended Public meeting on the occasion said that only concrete measures by India and Pakistan will help to resolve all outstanding issues including Kashmir in a time bound manner, rather than going for mere conducting conferences and seminars on the issues.
The Minister said that the coalition government led by Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad has ushered the state into an era of equitable development and welfare in every nook and corner of the state. He said many Multi-crore projects are being implemented in the state to improve power, Health care, and the infrastructure facilities in the state.
Hakeem Yaseen said that in a democratic set up every citizen has a right to voice his concern adding that it is the duty of government to provide succor to the masses.Hakim Yaseen appealed the central government to pave way for the release of those prisoners against whom no serious allegations are proved.
Hakeem Yaseen said that the proposal for fast track employment decisions is an administrative step taken by the government to deal with the serious problem of unemployment and said it should not be given political colour.
The Minister on the occasion laid foundation stones of sub-health centre Narkara, play field involving an estimated expenditure of Rs 56 lakhs and a 2.63 MVA/33/11/Kv receiving station at Narkara.Besides the District Development Commissioner Budgam, Khawaja Farooq Ahmad Renzu and various Sectoral officers from the line departments were present on the occasion.
