Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal, Chief Minister led the concluding ceremonial procession of National Holi Festival Sujanpur to the temple of Presiding Deity Shri Murali Manohar where he offered his obeisance and participated in prayers services.
He was accompanied by Shri I.D. Dhiman, Education Minister, Shri Ravinder Ravi, Irrigation and Public Health Minister, Smt. Urmil Thakur, local MLA, Shri Parye Lal Sharma, Chairman, APMC, Shri M.C. Parmar, CMD, Ex-Servicemen Welfare Corporation, Shri Desh Raj Sharma, President, District Hamirpur BJP, Ms. Sarla Sharma, Chairperson, Zila Parishad, Shri Virender Thakur, Sujanpur BJP Mandal President, Shri Rajender Singh, Deputy Commissioner, Shri Kuldeep Sharma, S.P. and other dignitaries to the temple.Chief Minister visited exhibition stalls put up by different departments and NGOs, Public Sector Undertakings, Self Help Groups and took keen interest in the exhibits displayed.He also witnessed the final wrestling bouts and honoured winner.
Earlier, Chief Minister listened public grievances at PWD Rest House, Sujanpur where people from adjoining areas had assembled in large number to address their grievances directly to Chief Minister.
Shri Mohan Joshi, Chairman, MILKFED, Dr. Prem Sharma, Director, Art, Language and Culture, Shri Sonam Negi, Chief Engineer, HPPWD and other senior officers were present on the occasion among others.
