Panchkula, December 9: Vivek Atray, Deputy Commissioner Panchkula directed the district officers to do their duties with loyalty & honesty and complete the goal on set time. If they face any difficulties in their work then give information to their concerned headquarter before fixed time of three to four months.
Mr. Atrey was presiding over the monthly meeting of district officials at Mini Secretariat here today. He directed the administration and officers to work with coordination. He said that the expectations of public is with Panchkula administration and we have to work like a team to fulfill their expectations. He advised the officials to respect senior citizens in their offices and ensure to do their work on a priority basis.
While reviewing the transportation activities in district, Mr Atray take very serious issue of the problem of the baggers including child baggers, which are mostly of the age Five to Six years old. He directed the concerned officers of District Education Department to coordinate with the NGOs to admit these children in the government schools. He advised the officers to direct their Drivers to use Seat Belt while driving their vehicle and also use seat Belt himself while they (officers) are driving or sitting on the front seat of the vehicle. Officers do not use beacon on the private car. He directed Mr. Jagtar Singh, ACP, Traffic to solve the cases of sized vehicles on priority basis. He said that the sign boards on their offices and other places are too old and directed the concerned officers to change and enroll new matter on them. He directed the concerned officers of Education department to improve the results of Government Schools, in which the results are not good. While reviewing the Mid-day-meal, He directed the concerned officers to check high quality and cleanliness of meal.
While reviewing the progress of the Adhar Cards, Mr. Atray directed the concerned officers to ensure that the adhar cards should be made on priority basis. He also informed that in which district adhar cards will be make 100% on priority basis, this will incentive by the State government. He said to aware people for making their adhar cards and make it a mass movement. He also briefed about the various issues which was discussed in the meeting of Deputy Commissioners and Superintendents of Police in the chairmanship of Chief Minister, Haryana.
While reviewing the activities of Public Health Department, Deputy Commissioner discussed about the water samples taken by the department. He appealed the residents of District to lodge their complaint regarding drinking water on the Toll Free Number of the Department which is 1800-180-5678. He directed the officers to visit the villages and meet the people and listen their problems and solve them. He said to the first Class officers to adopt one village to provide basic need, cleanliness and also solve their problems with the coordination of administration.
Mr. Atrey also review the Old age pension Scheme. He also discussed in detail with the District Social Welfare officer about the pension of January which will be given in the February month to direct deposit in the bank accounts of pensioners. He also reviewed the progress of Agro Mall, which will construct in Sector 20 and also directed the concerned officers to complete it till March 31.
He also review the activities of small savings, District Red Cross, 20-point program, Ayush, health department, forest department, the Department of fishing, mining department, Welfare, District Industries Centre, horticulture, animal husbandry, Haryana SC, Finance and Development Corporation, Haryana State Agriculture Departments to develop distribution boards etc.
Mr. SP Arora Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum- Municipal Commissioner, Panchkula, Mrs. Hema Sharma Sub Division Officer, Panchkula, Ms. Gauri Midda, SDM, Kalka, Mr. Praduman Singh, General manager, Haryana Roadways Chandigarh, Mr. Kushal, Secretary, Regional Transport Authority and all officers of concirned departments were also present on this occasion.
