She said that Mr Hooda has retained no moral right to continue as Chief Minister & Home minister after this shocking incident. She demanded immediate registration of criminal cases and arrest of the police officers responsible for police inaction and forcing the victim for suicide. She said that it is not a case of a suicide rather it is a murder and criminal case should be registered against the higher police officers.
Ms Saini said that in this incident Sarita was not just raped inside CIA police station at Rohtak, the home city of chief minister and she could not get justice despite all her efforts. Sarita was forced to commit suicide in front of one of the senior-most officers of Police, she added.
State INLD Women president said that Sarita rape case is very serious in nature and has exposed all the bogus claims of Government about the safety of the people. In Sarita case the police itself was not only raped her but no action was taken despite complaints by victim to the SP, IG & even to the DGP, she further added.

She asked Mr Hooda that if this was the situation then Mr Hooda must resign from chief-ministership and try to become a police inspector. She said that it is the duty of the state to provide safety, security and protection to every citizen. Chief Minister should not expect every victim to reach him rather he should have provided such a system where there is no need of meeting any officer or politician just to seek justice, she further added.
INLD leader said that the incident has proved that Law & order in state has collapsed totally and there is a ‘Jungle Raj’ in the state. She said that what people could expect from a chief minister, who could not get justice to a victim of his home city after being raped by police personnel.
