The Vice Chancellor of Pt. B.D.S.University of Health Sciences Rohtak Dr. S.S.Sangwan today said that all arrangement have been made for smooth and fair conduct of entrance examination-2011 for MBBS/BDS/BAMS, which would be held on June 12,2011 in two parts. Paper-I will be held from 9 a.m. to12.00 noon whereas Paper-II from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. The test would be held for admissions to Government or Government Aided Medical or Dental Colleges of Haryana. About 7000 candidates are likely to appear in this entrance examination.
He said that the examination would be conducted in 33 Centers of eight institutes in Rohtak city. The flying squads of the officers and the faculty of the institute would keep close watch in all the centers. Apart from complete videography, thumb impressions of all candidates would be taken during both the sessions. The candidates would be provided with blue ball point pen by the university and not be allowed to take anything inside the examination hall except their admit cards.
The Registrar of the University Mr. Mahendar Pal said that section 144 has already been enforced by the District Duty Magistrate at all the examination centres. The duties of invigilators would be marked on the day of the examination itself and would also be rotated. Besides the flying squads, senior teachers of the PGIMS, Rohtak have been appointed as Observers in each centre.
