Mr Meena, on the spot, ordered to register FIR against the dealers from whose offices incremental material like site plan of the illegal colonies and maps were found and arrest them. The team found illegal colonies being developed at initial stages like loose sand and stones were laid for construction of roads and erection of electricity poles at three locations.
In village Naya Gaon, the villagers apprised the team about an illegal colony which was being developed over an area of four acres behind the panchayat land meant for village temple. It had no path and one has to pass through the temple land to go to that piece of land. The Deputy Commissioner directed the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Gurgaon South to get the gate of the temple locked so that the tresspassers could not reach the site of the illegal colony. Similarly, an illegal colony was found on preliminary stage near village Garhi Harsaru where some of the property dealers managed to flee, but one of them was caught who was handed over to the police. There also loose soil was spread with pieces of stones for construction of roads.
A buyer Jagmender who had come to show the plot which he was purchasing to his family was also incidentally there. He informed the Deputy Commissioner that he has signed an agreement with the dealers and paid only the ernest money. Mr Meena assured him that the money paid by him will be got refunded and he should drop the idea of purchasing the plot because the administration won’t allow construction there. A similar unathorised colony was found being developed in village Gopalpur where the squad of District Town Planner (E) was directed to demolish the office and dismantle the roads. The team also checked the licenses of the property dealers.
I want to purchase a residential plot in bhondsi in Shyam Kunj, Sohna Road, Gurgaon.
Whether there will be any problem in this.
