Hisar, May 18: Congress party has no moral right to seek vote as it has failed to pelerform & its government has been proved to be the most incompetent & corrupt government of Haryana, said INLD president & former chief minister Chaudhary Om Parkash Chautala, while addressing election meeting at Shahpur village of Adampur today.
Slamming the Congress candidate & his younger brother Mr Ranjit Singh, Mr Chautala said that the person who stabbed his own father’s back has no moral right to seek the vote in his name. He said that Prof Sampat Singh is his trusted & time tested ally & the people of Adampur would elect him as MLA with a huge margin.
Buoyed with the unprecedented support for his party, Mr Chautala said that Mr Bhajan Lal has no political future now and the people would have to choose between Mr Bhupinder Singh Hooda & Mr Om Parkash Chautala.
Mr Chautala criticized the government for the non-availability of water, electricity during the Hooda government tenure and its failure to curb the rising prices. The people complained that there has been no electricity or water in the last three & half years.
Mr Chautala campaigned in 18 other villages also to seek votes for the INLD candidate Prof Sampat Singh. Local INLD leader Mr Rajesh Godara also accompanied Mr Chautala. INLD leaders were given traditional welcome during the election campaign. Many key Congress, HJC, BSP, BJP workers joined the INLD today leaving their respective parties.
While addressing election meetings at various villages of Adampur, INLD secretary general & Rajya Sabha MP, Mr Ajay Singh Chautala said that the people of Adampur have been part of his parliamentary constituency for the last ten years & in the changed political scenario of the state would also vote for INLD candidate.
