Chandigarh, August 10. To redress grievances of consumers promptly, the Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN) will organize “Bijli Baithaks” tomorrow at Nigam’s office complex near Sushila Bhawan Hisar, at Dadri in district Bhiwani, City Sub Division Narnaul, village Bhondsi in district Gurgaon and Divisional Office NIT Faridabad.
While stating this today, a spokesman of the DHBVN said that the Baithaks would begin at 10 a. m. and the complaints and grievances would be attended on first come first serve basis. All kind of complaints including meter reading, correction of bill, change of meter, new connection, replacement of electric installations, system improvement and power supply of the consumers of concerned operation division would be entertained and redressed in the Baithaks. The officers, including General Manager, Deputy General Manager and Assistant General Managers, would remain present for whole of the time in the Baithaks with all concerned officials. The relevant record would be available in the Baithaks to redress the complaints at site. Meters have also been arranged in the Baithaks so as to redress the complaints relating to change of meter and new connections.
