Chandigarh May 7: Haryana Chief Minister Mr. Bhupinder Singh Hooda has congratulated all the 41 candidates including Shena Aggarwal of Yamunanagar who topped the Indian Administrative Services (IAS) for succeeding in the prestigious examination. All the successful candidates would be honoured.
In a message issued here today, Mr. Hooda said that securing the first position in the country in IAS and the selection of 41 candidates was a big achievement for the state. He said that he feel immensely proud of Haryana youth who had been able to achieve this success. Mr. Hooda also congratulated their parents and wished the successful candidates a very bright future.
Mr. Hooda said that due to their hard work and capabilities, they have made their parents and the State proud. He said that Indian Administrative Services (IAS) was the prestigious services of the country and hoped that the candidates would serve the people efficiently and effectively and contribute in the progress of the country.
The Chief Minister said that the State Government was continuously working towards making the State as an Education Hub of International standard and its results would be further felt in the next five to seven years.
Mr. Hooda said that in this era of globlisation, only those societies, region or country would be in the forefront which stay ahead of others in the field of education.
The Chief Minister would honour all 41 successful candidates for their achievement in a programme to be organized in Chandigarh. Earlier also the State Government has been honoring the selected candidates of IAS from Haryana. Previous year, 29 candidates from Haryana got selected in this prestigious service.
