The President of Anti-Terrorist Front of India Viresh Shandilya has filed the complaint in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ambala.
CJM Swati Sehgal has forwarded the complaint to the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class Harsh Kumar who hear the application today and adjourned the case till 25 July.
Sandeep Sachdeva, counsel of Shandilya, said that the complaint was filed in the court under 121,153-A,153-AA and 120-B Sections of IPC.
He said that “at the instigation of Nawaz Sharif the separatist leaders of J&K Yasin Malik, Syed Ali Shah Geelani and Shabbir Shah had encouraged violence in the Kashmir valley.
Therefore their names have also been included in the complaint.
