Chandigarh: As many as five lakh youths have registered in the signature campaign launched by Youth INLD and INSO in Haryana against the discrimination and nepotism in government appointments by the Bhupinder Singh Hooda led congress government. While giving this information here today Youth INLD leader Shri Dushyant Chautala said that the campaign was launched on January 7 and it will continue till 17th January. He said that after the Signature campaign the representatives of youth INLD and INSO will meet the Haryana governor Shri Jagannath Pahadia and will take up the issue of rampant corruption in HCS and other appointments in the state and will also demand a high level probe into these appointments from a sitting judge of High court or Supreme court.
He said that during the signature campaign the several teams of Youth INLD and INSO are making the people aware about the corruption in government appointments in the state. He said that during the campaing it was found that common man, especially the youths are suffering with the anti-people policies of the Hooda government and the signature camapaign will also help to raise their demands with the government. He said that 1983, PTI teachers appointment by the Hooda government has been quashed by the Punjab and Haryana High Court and the court also made comments over the working of CM Hooda’s relatives Nand Lal Punia as the chairman of Staff Selection Commision. Igonoring court’s comments the Hooda government had appointed NL Punia as the chairman of the teachers’ selection board. Now after the irregularities in the appointments came to limelight the government has taken his resignation.
Shri Dushyant Chautala alleged the Congress Governemnt for corruption in appointments of HCS, Tehsildar, ETOs and other posts as the Hooda government has distributed all these posts to the relatives of influential people in the government. He said that INLD and INSO will continue its campaign until the appointments were not cancelled and the judicial probe was ordered.
