About the fifteen day shoot that took place both at Pattaya and Thailand, producer Vikram Bansal says, “It was a mind-blowing experience to shoot at these places. These locations are often used only in songs but never utilized in movies. But we have tried to capture locations in a way, that it will be a visual treat for the audience. Also we have shot three songs over there.” Out of the crew of 45 members who went for the shoot, around 14 artists were there.
The list of actors included Jaswinder Bhalla, B.N Sharma, Rana Ranbir, Vijay Tandon, Manreet Kaur, Anil Juneja, Hardy Sandhu, Shagun Jaswal, Ranjan Sehgal, Anita Hassandani, Yuvika Chaudhary, Varun Sharma etc. The producer while sharing the hurdles that came their way says, “It’s always difficult to shoot in a city which is a stranger to you. Things weren’t easily available at Pattaya. So we had to import all the shooting requirements from Thailand which often took time. The few beaches over there saw unexpected rainfall. We had to manage all these hindrances that came our way. Also one of the leads Varun Sharma who was last seen in Fukrey movie got injured while shooting. Both his knees were badly bruised. But he took antibiotics and kept shooting.
That’s the dedication of Yaaran Da Katchup’s team.” Adding to it he tells, “Rarely one shoots at the Walking Street but only take stop shots. Surprisingly we have not just shot there but also have dialogue scenes. We also successfully captured Firk Work Festival which is an annual event over there in few of our scenes.”
