Chandigarh, July 25: UNPA, BSP, Left parties and allies would soon launch a nationwide agitation on various issues, disclosed Indian National Lok Dal General Secretary and UNPA leader Mr Ajay Singh Chautala while speaking to media persons at Chandigarh. Former finance minister, Prof Sampat Singh, INLD leader Dr K.C. Bangar were also present in press conference.
Mr Chautala said that almost one dozen political parties has decided to take up issues like rising prices, ‘sale of MPs’, opposition to nuclear deal, worsening situation of farmers. An Eleven member conduct committee has been constituted to formulate the strategy and Mr Ajay Singh Chautala would also be member.
Mr Chautala said that the whole country saw the ‘open sale-purchase’ of MPs and UPA has lost its moral right to continue in the government. He said that UPA has secured to win the trust vote in Parliament but the objectionable means adopted did not augur well for the democracy. He said that the so called win in Parliament is a ‘virtual loss’ for Dr Manmohan Singh as he has lost the trust of people of country.
INLD leader said that UNPA is no more a third force as it has become ‘first force’ with the arrival of CPI(M), CPI, Forward Block, RSP, BSP, JD(S), RLD, TRS along with Telgu Desham, INLD, Jharkhand Vikas Morcha, Asom Gana Parishad. All the parties would oust Manmohan government, he added.
