They only spent 5 to 10 minutes on it; arm ache is the common reason behind it. Satnam Singh met Acharya Bal Krishan in Haridawar and apprised him of his idea and under the able guidance of Acharya ji he came up with a model. After doing research on the model for 3 years. He came up with an amazing invention that is a special spectacle which helps in performing Anulom Vilom while you are traveling or working in daily routine.
Satnam Singh said that Anulom Vilom helps in better intake of oxygen thus the brain feels good about it. It helps in cold, tension, low temperature and is beneficial for eyes and ears.
