Function started with lighting of lamp and Sarswati vandana. The children danced to the tune of, Om Shanti Om, Dhola-Re-dhola and Its time to disco class wise.Ten students were conferred Pre School completion degrees and were given mementoes.Now long awaited time for the crown began.
Firstly the girls had a ramp walk and then the turn of the boys came for the catwalk. They showed their talent and also danced. The girls danced to the tune of Dhola –re dhola and boys in Punjabi dress , danced on the Punjabi number Rang –Ra-Ra.The number “It’s the time for disco” stole the show performed by our day boarders.
The judges Guzeenat Khanna and Gagandeep Kaur had a tough time to decide and ultimately the result came.Kadam was declared Miss Sanjivni 2008 and Mithas was runner up. Itfaq was judged Master 2008 and Fatey was runner up.The show ended with a gift and refreshment to the children. The Chief Guest Mrs. Santosh Gupta praised the efforts of the authorities and congratulated the Principal, Indu Luthra and Sanjivni staff for a wonderful show by the tiny tots.
