Chandigarh,24 Jul, Vivek Kumar : Ravinder Talwar, The Director of The Banyan Tree School, Sector 48 & Dr. G. P. Pal have been elected unanimously as The President and The General Secretary respectively of Chandigarh Company Sports Association (affiliated to Indian Company Sports Federation & Company Sports Federation of Asia) in the meeting held at The Banyan Tree School, Sector 48, Chandigarh on 24.07.2011 at 11.30am.
The President assured the members that he will do the efforts for the upliftment of the Company Sports Games in the City Beautiful. Dr. G. P. Pal, The General Secretary of Chandigarh Company Sports Association has given a bunch of warm thanks to The President and he said that Chandigarh Company Sports Association will gain immensely and will reach new heights under the coherent supervision and the prudent guidance of Sh. Ravinder Talwar.Sh. Arvind Chittoriya was the present in the meeting as the observer of Indian Company Sports Federation (Regd.). He has given congratulation to The President & General Secretary for their success. He told that there were 19 States/ Units in the Indian Company Sports Federation (Regd.), now the Chandigarh City Beautiful will be the 20th State/ Unit in the Federation.
In the meeting, it is decided that Chandigarh Company Sports Association will organize the Chandigarh Company Sports Games in the events of Handball & Netball in the month of November, 2011 and also bid for the National Company Sports Games at Chandigarh in the December, 2011 from Indian Company Sports Federation (Regd.).
