CHANDIGARH, JAN 25 : Patiala will take on Chandigarh in the final of the Punjab Inter-District Cricket Tournament for the FC MIttal at the Punjab Cricket Association Stadium in Mohali on February 3.
In semi-final matches played today, Chandigarh beat Mohali by eight wickets and Patiala routed Amritsar by six wickets.At the Sector 16 Stadium here, Mohali won the toss and elected to bat first. They scored 202 for 7 in 45 overs. Gurkeerat Singh (50) and Harpreet Sunny (43) were the main scorers. Mayank Siddana contributed 35 runs. Siddharth Kaul got 2 wickets for 43 runs.
In reply Chandigarh made 206 for 2 in 42.5 overs. Uday Kaul and Gurkeerat Singh remained unbeaten on 88 and 54 runs, respectively. Vishwas Bhalla scored 45 runs.

At the Dhruv Pandove Stadium in Patiala, Patiala won the toss and elected field first. Amritsar scored 149 in 31.3 overs. Ravneet Ricky (31), Chandan Madan (42) and Harman Bajwa (28) were their main scorers. Sarabjit Ladda bagged 2 for 26.
In reply Patiala reached the target in 32.4 overs for the loss of 4 wickets. Pankaj Dharmani (61) and Ravi Inder Singh (41) were the main scorers. Sumit Sharma got 3 for 39.
