CHANDIGARH – April 10, 2008: Dr. R.C. Sobti, Vice-Chancellor, Panjab University has issued instructions that all blind candidates who are appearing in Entrance Examinations of the University, be provided Entrance Forms free of cost. Two candidates have already been provided the same. It is for the information of general public that all such candidates who are desirous of appearing in Entrance Tests of Panjab University may avail this facility.
