Terrorism has severely shaken up the basic infrastructure in the villages. Therefore, project has been undertaken by the Army to provide basic facilities in remote areas and in turn uplift the education and living standards of civilian population.
Such visits and interaction with the larger cross-section of the society have enabled the Army to bring about a significant attitudinal change amongst a vast majority of population wherein there is yearning for peace, development and normalcy.
