Chandigarh, April 26: Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) has intensified its election campaign for the three Assembly by-elections in the state. INLD Election offices will be duly inaugurated on Sunday, 27 April. INLD Secretary General & Rajya Sabha MP, Mr Ajay Singh Chautala will inaugurate Election office of INLD candidate from Adampur, Prof. Sampat Singh, INLD state president Mr Ashok Arora will inaugurate election office of INLD candidate from Gohana, Dr K.C. Bangar and former state president of INLD, Mr Sher Singh Barshami will inaugurate the election office of INLD candidate from Indri, Dr Ashok Kashyap. Separate meetings of senior party leaders have also been convened on Sunday.
INLD has distributed all the three assembly constituencies into different zones and senior INLD leaders & functionaries have been made incharge for the election campaigning. INLD MLAs, Ex MLAs, District presidents, ex MPs would take over the responsibilities of zone incharge on Sunday and vigorously canvass for the party candidates till 22 May, the date of elections.
Indri assembly constituency has been divided into 22 zones, where as Gohana and Adampur has been divided into 15 zones. INLD leaders from Panchkula, Ambala, Kurukshetra, Yamunanagar, Karnal districts will work at Indri, where as INLD leaders from districts of Panipat, Sonepat, Jind, Jhajjhar, Rohtak will work for Gohana and district INLD leaders from Hisar, Sirsa, Fatehabad, Bhiwani will campaign for Adampur constituency. The duty of rest of the district INLD leaders have been assigned specifically for the assembly constituencies.
