While narrating the intitial journey of his movment, he said, “The movement which we started from early 80’s we have never thought it could be a subject of UN General Assembly. Me and my son who is also advocating for the same cause has got the blows from the nexus or mafia of flesh trade but we continued our endeavor”
On being asked what inspired him to return his Noble Peace Prize, he said, “This medal never belongs to me but for the nation and its people. This is dedicated to our nation, hence returned to first citizen of nation. He recalled that country’s same laurel has been stolen from Shantiketan which belongs to Rabindra Nath Tagore.
