Sh. Pawan Kumar Bansal, Hon’ble Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs and Water Resources relesased the book titled as “e-Book For Young Advocates” authored by Sh. Ashwinie Kumar Bansal, Advocate and Dr. Deepak Jindal, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana. The release ceremony took place at Press Club, Chandigarh on Tuesday the 28th December, 2010. The book has been intended to be a guiding star for the lawyers especially the new ones who have just entered into legal arena. The questions frequently asked about Indian laws and practice & procedure in the Courts by various sections of the users, advocates, litigants and common citizens have been answered in this book. Effort has been made to discuss the aspects relating to practice and procedure in Courts, tribunals and other adjudication authorities. The Supreme Court, all the High Courts in the country, subordinate Courts, Consumer Forums and Commissions, Central Administrative Tribunals, Debt Recovery Tribunals, Permanent Lok Adalats, etc. have been discussed in brief to make the book more useful. Detailed procedure of the Punjab & Haryana High Court has been given as an example as procedure of all Courts cannot be covered in a small book. A ready reckoner of all the requirements before filing a petition/document in the High Court has been given to minimize technical defects in the course of filing.
