Chandigarh : A well known memory man and health expert, Dr. Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury gave tips to bureaucrats and prominent citizens to stay healthy.
Addressing a workshop on “End of Illness” held at UT Guest House, Chandigarh, Dr Chowdhury explained how anybody can treat himself or herself by bringing some changes in their life style and by eating right. The memory man also gave tips on stress-reducing techniques and disassociating from unwanted memories.
In the workshop, Chowdhury explained about Intelligent Food Theory and mind control techniques.
Though Chowdhury himself was born with a hole in his heart, using his mind power techniques he made a Guinness record in performing Push-Ups. He did 198 push-ups in one minute and broke the previous record of 138 push-ups in one minute made by a Canadian citizen, RoyBerger.
The author of 26 books on memory, mind and body, Biswaroop wrote a book titled “How to Return from The Hospital Alive” in the year 2013 to expose medical practices. In his latest book “Heart Mafia”, Chowdhury has explained the root cause of diseases and also raised serious questions on the functioning of cardiologists.
Chowdhury, 40, has earned the reputation of “Guinness world record holder in memory” by beating Germany’s Michaela Buchvaldova’s world record by recalling 14 randomly selected birth dates with names in same order in two minutes in Delhi on July 20, 2006.

Shri Raj Rup Fuliya, Addl Chief Secretary (retd), Govt of Haryana thanked the participants for making the programme on a prominent issue a grand success.
In another workshop, more than 50 professionals from education field benefitted from the latest research in the field of health.
