The India Post, Chandigarh, July 30 :The Department of Physical Education, Panjab University is organizing a fitness programme for the Students, Faculty,Employees and their wards from 1.8.2008 to 31.10.2008 (Time: 5.45 a.m. to 6.30 a.m.) at Panjab University Grounds.
The fitness programme is being organized under the supervision of qualified exercise experts, who will prescribe required dose of exercises for every individual. The endeavour would be related to lowering of cholesterol level, stablise blood pressure, control diabetes, produce enzymes for better digestion and tone up the body for everyday efficient routine work.
