CHANDIGARH, JULY 10:The Cricket Federation of Chandigarh has selected 31 probables for the coaching camp in preparation for state’s participation in the All-India National Under-15 Cricket Tournament being organised by Cricket Federation of Tamil Nadu at Chennai from August 13 to 17, according to CFC secretary general Ravinder Talwar.
The probables were selected during trials conducted at the Banyan Tree School ground in Sector 48 B here today. More than 60 players turned up for trials. The final 16-member Chandigarh team will be finalised during the coaching camp. The date and venue of the coaching camp will be announced shortly.
Cricket Federation of India president Sanjeev Sharma and secretary general Amarjit Kumar witnessed the selection trials.
Those retained for coaching camp are: Surinder Rohil, Tushar Bedi, Sahil Sharma, Vivek Sharma, Hargurpreet Singh, Varun Birla, Lakesh Sharma, Harshit Kanwar, Mohd Shagir, Jayant Kumar, Mohit Sharma, Mayank Singh, Manul Jain, Mohd Talha, Preet Badhan, Gurmeet Singh, Parminder Singh, Rajat Kashyap, Manpreet Singh, Sachim Boora, Jatin Sharma, Mohit Kaul, Vikram Singh, Ashish Kundu, Pardeep Singh, Davinder Chauhan, Chetan Rawat (WK), Arshvir Sandhu (WK), Sahil Puri, Ravi Kishen and Gurkirat Kamboj.
