15 Oct : The Sanjivni children age group 2 years to 4 years enacted a few scenes from epic Ramayana. Each and every child had the opportunity to enact and speak in front of the audience. The drama of Ramayana was made interesting by inserting modern songs in the show. It was unique blend of tradition and modernism.
The 1st scene was the vatika of Janak Puri, where Sita, her cousin sisters Urmila, Mandavi, Shrutikriti, with some friends were strolling, laughing, enjoying and were dancing on the tune of kyaun aagye phichhe dolte ho bhanwro ki tarhe Movie-Golmaal
From the other side of the garden, Rama and Lakshaman appeared and started appreciating the beauty of the flowers, and all of a sudden Ram started staring at Sita and Sita fell in love with Ram at 1st sight.
2nd scene depicts the Swyambar of Sita. The barat comes and all the four sons of King Dashrath marry the four princesses of the kingdom and the baraties dance on the tune of
chhote chhote bhayaon ke bade bhaya from “Hum sath sath”
3rd scene is the vanvas of Lord Ram, Sita and Lakshman
4th scene is the durbar of Ravan, where he is enjoying dance and songs on the number
Sharara sharara tu hai ek sharaa from movie-“ mere yaar ki shaadi hae)
5th scene is Paran kuti, the golden deer comes, Ram goes to get it and Raven abducts Sita
6th scene Hanuman comes at Ashok Vatika, where Ravan imprisons Sita, shows her the ring of Ram and assures that Lord Ram will soon free her from the clutches of demon Ravan
7th Scene the war between Ram and Ravan, where Lord Ram wins and goes back to Ayodhya and the people celebrate their homecoming, lighting of lamps at their homes enjoy the dance number. Om Shani from the movie Om shanti
The show ended with a gift and refreshment to the children. The Chief Guest Capt Mohni Kahlon appreciated the efforts of the authorities and congratulated the Principal, Indu Luthra and Sanjivni staff for a wonderful show by the tiny tots. The parents and the grand parents enjoyed the show to the hilt.
