Chicken cooked in Orange and Honey sauce cooked to perfection served with parsley rice and sauté vegetables.
Inbox recipe as per Chef of Shivalikview Marinate Chicken breast with half amount of salt, pepper, olive oil, herbs and lemon juice for atleast one hour. Grilled chicken breast on a hot plate. Simultaneously heat oil in a pan, add garlic and sauté it. After that add onion till it become translucent .Add fresh orange juice reduce it, add honey& seasoning. In the end add lemon juice & capsico. On a plate, place chicken and pour honey and orange sauce. Served along with parsley rice and sauté veg.
