From being used in advertisements, movies, cartoons to making layouts, animation is now being used in just about every sphere. This opens a new world of opportunities for the students of animation.

He was talking during the workshop on “Latest Trends In Animation – The Hollywood Perspective”.
The workshop was conducted by the Animation Expert from Hollywood Lori-Ann Emerton in Picasso Animation College – Mohali. She was in the campus for the auditing of the student’s performance and evaluating the standards of animation in Punjab from the Hollywood perspective. She is a professor at Centennial College, Canada. She is a graduate from Sheridan College and specializes in Visual Art and Art History. During her visit to the campus, she measured the art work of student with on various parameters accepted in Hollywood.
While addressing aspiring animators, Lori-Ann emphasized to nature talent in India in line with international animation industry standards. She applauded the creativity and Zeal of the India students who are increasingly proving their worth in international animation industry.
Lori-Ann also conducted a workshop in Government College, Mohali elaborating over the exciting world of animation, which was attended by the students of Government College and Picasso Animation College. The workshop was a great searning experience and proved to be a significant platform for knowledge exchange.
