By Yadavindra S Rana , Chandigarh, April 23– Solar energy will be generated by setting up Solar Power Plant on spare land between Fatehabad branch and Sidhmukh canals from Tohana head to Kajalheri head. There are ample possibilities of setting up 200 MW solar plant in this 48 kilometer area. A committee constituted by Haryana Renewable Energy Department had conducted a site survey to find out possibilities of solar power generation in this area.
